Clear, standard terms so you know exactly what to expect before you pay.
🔁 Monthly & Annual Subscriptions
You can cancel any subscription plan (Starter, Business, Enterprise, or an individual service retainer) at any time. If you cancel mid-cycle, we refund the unused, prepaid portion of that billing period, minus a 10% processing fee. Annual plans are refunded on the same prorated basis for any full unused months remaining.
🎓 Training Programs
Full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before a Digital Skills, AI Skills, or Microsoft Office Skilling session begins. Cancellations within 48 hours are refunded at 50%. Once a session has started, or for no-shows, fees are non-refundable — but we're always happy to reschedule you into the next cohort at no extra cost.
🔧 One-Off Callouts & Troubleshooting
Once a technician has been dispatched or remote work has begun, the callout fee is non-refundable. If we're unable to resolve the issue due to a fault on our side, we'll refund the visit in full or credit it toward your next service.
🏗️ Infrastructure Management & Hardware
Installation and configuration labor is non-refundable once completed. Any hardware supplied remains subject to the original manufacturer's warranty. Ongoing infrastructure management fees follow the same subscription refund terms above.
📩 How To Request A Refund
Email gitgroup2003@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of the charge, including your name, service or plan, and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 14 business days.
